Catalog Description: Valsgarde is one of the oldest known excavation sites in Sweden. Containing an untold amount of treasures from the last two millennium there is no way to measure its importance. Included among the find was this exquisite helm which we have reproduced in exacting detail. It is estimated to be from the 8th century.
