Description

This .45 Single Action piece was custom made for U.S. Marshal Bat Masterson in 1885. This non-firing . exact replica does it justice. This piece was especially designed for the personal tastes and abilities of Marshal in order to help him survive in a gunfight. The replica has been careful to follow every detail exactly. It even includes the gunsmith's mark (a numeral "1") on the loading gate and detailed cross hatching on the hammer spur. The barrel length has been shortened to "about the same length as the ejecting rod"and the front site was made"a little higher and thicker than the ordinary pistol of this kind."
This true reproduction will be authentically sheathed in fine nickel plating and burnished to a shining finish. This piece embodies the characteristics of the frontier. The craftsmen have been careful to follow all of the detailing . down to a claw shaped scratch on the side plate and two subtle markings on the pistol butt. It is simple to use . just cock the hammer with your thumb and hear the positive click of the precisely machined ratchet advancing the cylinder. As you squeeze the trigger . you will feel the unusually quick acting hammer and release honed to the designers preference.

Gun Weight: 2.2 lbs
Frame Identification Plaque and Brass Studs included.

Customer Testimonials

I ordered a Zatoichi Samurai Sword and when it arrived i noticed the box had been damaged. After opening it, I found out that the sword had a 'ding' in it and was slightly bent. I called Swords of Honor and they immediately issued a call tag for UPS to come pick it up and sent me a new one (which arrived perfectly).
