Deirdre Thigh Boot

Can be worn as thigh or knee boots! We are moving volumes of these ladies leather boots right now, thus are able to keep the price low. These boots are ladies, medium width. These are in high demand right now, so order early for the season. They are surprisingly comfortable and give you a little lift through the 2 1/4"heel. Laces at back are a great new feature & these do not have a zipper which makes them more "period" appropriate. In addition to being worn upright these can also be "cuffed/folded" over to create a "bucket" as they are leather lined on the inside about 8" down the front center. It's always nice to have that option so that the boots remain versatile. These are true to size, but only come in whole sizes. Thus, if you are a 1/2 size ie 7.5 go up to the 8. If you wear a 9, order the 9....etc. If you are in doubt of your size, it's always better to go up than down. These slide on & have a slant angled top. Bottoms have flexible rubber tread to keep you upright...no slipping & sliding. These are much easier to wear than most thigh high boots....steady walking! The overwhelming feedback we are getting is that these are extremely comfortable even when wearing several pounds of chainmail, sword fighting or having to walk on gravel etc. Fantastic for your renaissance costume needs.
