This set of spoon knife and fork fits into a tie-fold open belt pouch for a great combo that is easy to take along to the fair picnic campout or wherever you want to be able to eat out! Comes with leather pouch (not sold separately). We forge the utensils then cold quench them in an oil bath. The rapid cooling is what causes the surface flaking or scaling of the metal. Just use some steel wool and rub them down to get these flakes off. After each use hand-wash the utensils thoroughly let dry then oil them with a food-safe oil (olive oil is a good choice) to keep them from rusting.
