This is a high quality latex weapon. Foam is cross-linked polyethylene and covered in latex rubber. All have semi-beveled edges and sturdy fiberglass cores that are capped to prevent punch-through of the exterior foam. Foam thicknesses on striking surfaces are 5/8 to 1 inch and on non-striking surfaces 3/8 to 1/2 inch. There is a 1 ½ span of foam from tip to the fiberglass core.
