We call these our Gerard Thigh boots, but they are so much more. It is a versatile boot that can be worn as a thigh boot over the knee cuffed boot or a below the knee cuffed boot. It has a rear gusset for extra comfort! This style is made of durable leather that will soften and conform to your body over time. These are great for costuming SCA LARP medieval weddings ren weddings Wicca pirates etc. The toe is slightly pointed & less rounded than some of our other styles. The heel is only 1"so you won't be wobbling on deck too much(unless you have been into the rum). the Gerard boots are leather lined on both sides of the cuff for"cuffed"option shaft is slightly padded/lined with nylon. As stated earlier these do have the upgraded feature of the rear gusset which makes them great for walking lunging etc. These are surprisingly comfortable and are great for long days at the ren faire. Bottoms have extra durable rubber tread.
