ORDERING AND SHIPPING DETAILS

We offer 4 domestic shipping options:
UPS Ground (Date scheduled, residential destination),
UPS 3rd Day Select (End of third business day),
UPS 2nd Day Select (End of second business day) and
UPS Next Day Air Saver – Next business day by 3:00 p.m. or 4:30 p.m. to commercial destinations where UPS Next Day Air delivery is committed by 10:30 a.m. or 12:00 p.m., respectively – Shipments to residential locations within the UPS Next Day Air Saver area are delivered by end of day

There are 3 categories of stock:

In stock: In-stock items will ship the business day after you placed your order by the method you selected.

On order: These are items that we do not have in our warehouse but are available at the factory. These items ship usually within 5 days by the shipping method you selected.

Backorder: This means that neither we nor the factory has stock, but they are expected in the future. Arrival times vary greatly. We ship these items as soon as we receive them by the shipping method you selected. If any of your items are on order and/or backordered, we will send you an update, usually within 2 business days. If an item is backordered, you can email us or call to cancel that item. We cannot control the availability of some of our most popular items. Our manufacturers sometimes cannot keep up with demand for these products.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

We do ship to APO addresses. Orders shipped to an APO address are shipped via the U.S. Postal service and are NOT trackable. The customer assumes all responsibility for these orders once shipped.

Orders will be processed and your credit card charged when items are shipped from our store or from our distributors’ warehouse. Special order items, such as Suits of Armor, clearance items, some swords and some clothing will be billed when ordered. If you order one of these items and we set the order in motion, but you still decide to cancel, you will NOT receive a refund. These types of items are NOT eligible for priority shipping.

Prices are subject to change without written warning due to unseen cost increases from suppliers. Item's sizes and descriptions may change at any time because of changes in the manufacturing process. We are not responsible for these last-minute changes.

Payment information, domestic:

Shop with confidence with our Live Secure online ordering system. Simply add the product you are purchasing into your shopping basket and when you are done shopping all the stores on the Yahoo site, simply check out. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

If you are uneasy about using a credit card to order over the internet, place your order on-line and select "Pay by Phone" as your payment method - do not fill in the credit card details - and then call us at 765-884-8165 with your credit card number.

We accept PayPal - a secure credit card payment processing site. We also accept money orders and cashier’s check, which you must mail to Swords of Honor, PO Box 344, Fowler, IN 47944. We must receive the payment before your order will ship. We will notify you of backorders or any other stock issue whether we receive the payment or not. Cashier’s checks require a 10-day wait to clear.

INTERNATIONAL (non-USA) shipping options:

UPS Standard To Canada – Date scheduled

UPS Worldwide ExpeditedSM – To Canada, typically within two business days to most destinations – To Mexico, typically within three business days – To major destinations in Europe, Asia and Central and South America, typically within four or five business days

UPS Worldwide ExpressSM – Next business day to Canada – 10:30 a.m. or 12:00 p.m. the second business day to business centers across Europe – End of the second business day to most other destinations in Europe, Asia and Latin America

We only ship via UPS to non-USA countries. The cost is greater, but UPS offers full-service tracking and insurance, which we feel is worth the extra cost, as you will if you ever have the misfortune to have something lost in the mail.

We will not be responsible for items returned to us because your customs would not allow them to be delivered. If an order is returned by your customs, you will still have to pay the shipping charges and a restocking fee. Certain countries also charge 'custom charges' and they are the responsibility of the buyer. Be sure to read the return policy to fully understand the other charges that can be incurred.

Payment options, international (non-USA):

We accept VERIFIED PayPal (any unverified PayPal orders will be cancelled), bank wire transfer and money order.

We only accept credit cards on international orders if you fax us, at (866)252-2910, the first page of their most recent credit card bill, which includes your name, the credit card number and the billing address. This is to protect both you and us from any issues.

Damage inflicted by the shipper:

If the box your order arrives in is damaged in ANY way, check the contents inside for damage immediately, preferable before the UPS driver leaves. If that's not possible, KEEP THE BOX, just in case (usually this isn't necessary, but it was once and we like to err on the side of caution.) To make a claim for damaged merchandise, you must call us about the damage within 48 hours of receipt. We will make the claim with UPS, who will contact you to verify the receipt of damaged goods. Once the claim is in motion, we can decide how to proceed.

Defects in material and/or workmanship: We fully warrant all of our products against any defects in materials or workmanship. We carefully inspect ALL items before we package and ship them to you. Please inspect your items upon delivery. If you find any defects not related to damages in shipping within 30 days of delivery, we will happily EXCHANGE that item - no extra cost to you. Items that have been used (have come in contact with ANYTHING) cannot be returned. See our instructions on sword care here.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel any order that HAS NOT shipped, unless it is a custom-made sword, a suit of armor, children's clothing or any other item that is made to order. If you need to know whether this will apply to your order, please call before placing the order. You will be charged immediately for the order and, once we set the process in motion to get your item made, you will NOT receive a refund of any kind if you cancel.
