Deerskin gauntlets made in the USA! | The long-cuff construction of these supple, leather gauntlets have been seen throughout the ages. Approx. 13" long. The cuff is is approximately 4 1/2 inches.
Our gauntlets are made of real deerskin and come undecorated to let you customize for your favorite era. The palm, hand and fingers are made of soft, pliable leather. So supple they give you the kind of flexibility you expect from driving gloves.
Please specify Black, Saddle Tan, or Chocolate and mens size S, M, L or XL. Print out the inset picture to find your size and your gauntlets will fit like a glove.
These are made of natural deerskin from domestic deer and made here in the U.S. The scratches and wrinkles on the surface are not imperfections, but are features of natural deerskin that enhance its beauty. Deerskin is extremely strong, but still soft and flexible. Unlike cowhide, deerskin will stretch width-wise and very little stretch length-wise. This means that you can flex the gloves and it will expand, but it won't stretch or become floppy afterwards. Deerskin's fibers give it an extremely high strength and abrasion resistance so your gauntlets will last a long time with proper care. Deerskin does not shrink or become stiff after getting wet, which means that whenever your deerskin gets dirty (or you get caught in a downpour), it can be hand-washed and gently dried and it will stay soft and supple.
