Medieval Double Wrap Sword Belt

Starting with the early B.C. Celts all the way past the Renaissance . warriors used a double wrap belt for a more comfortable way to wear a sword. In Medieval times . this style really began to flourish. Both hips support the weight of the sword once the extra length of the belt wraps around the body a second time. A swashbuckling appearance is an added bonus to the balanced suspension. Includes a frog hanger that will fit all scabbards. Made of beautiful top grade leather it is 1-3/4" wide. The Medieval Belt is available in brown with brass or black with nickel silver studs and buckle.
