Miniature Knight in Armour w/Halberd Lance

Reproduction of a man-at-arms standing with halberd . wearing a XVI century suit of armour of the type known as "pomp style" equipped with a tournament . "frog-mouth" helmet . worn only during parades. A similar armour was commissioned by Cosimo I of Medici family to an unknown lombard artsan and is now kept at the museum of Bargello in Firenze . lacking the helmet and the leg protections. Made in pewter and provided with a shaped wooden base . laquered in black. Size 8 X 8 X 23 cm.
