OverviewMan-at-arms with crossbow (large size)
Reproduction of a man-at-arms gripping a crossbow, with a suit of armour of the type known as "heoric style", widespread in western Europe in the mid of the XV century and worn during parades or shows. A similar armour, made for Francesco Maria della Rovere by the milanese workshop of Negroli family, masters in the execution of rich decorations. Made in pewter and provided with a shaped wooden base, laquered in black.
