The Naval CPO Cutlass has a stainless steel blade. Etched near the leather stop is"U.S.N." Its solid brass basket hand-guard is plated in 24K gold and the shell is riveted to the guard with the traditional 11 rivets. The leather wrapped grip features strands of twisted gold wire.
