Oakeshott Type XIIa | The sword is a good example of the kind used for civilian carry. Lighter than a battle sword, it excelled in cutting for unarmored combat. The grip is long for two-hand use with a row of studs under the fine leather for a very firm hold. The pommel (type T2) and guard (style 8) are bright brass for easy care. High carbon steel blades is thin and tempered to a good spring. Comes with leather scabbard. Made by Windlass Steelcrafts.
If you choose the sword sharpening option, please be aware that you will not be able to return this sword for any reason except a manufacturer’s defect.
