Overview
Carved from solid hardwood, this spoon replicates a typical early medieval eating utensil.
SOH notes: The picture doesn't do this spoon justice. It's a gorgeous piece, carved from one piece of wood and just the right fit for your hand. It's got a slightly wider lip around the bowl than most of us moderns are used to, but it's just right for the medieval and Renaissance time periods - even right up to the 1800s, really. This piece, and the bowls, should please SCA up to Civil War re-enactment buffs. Go ahead, try it!
