Wow, this is one finely crafted piece of steel! I have a friend that works for UPS and when he showed up at my door with a box labeled "WARNING: SHARP OBJECTS INSIDE", he asked me, "Mike, what the heck is in here?", as his eyes lit up like a little kid! I asked him if he had a minute and showed him this master-piece. We were both like 12 year olds looking at our first B-B Gun. I dress as the notorious Jack Sparrow for Halloween and I have scoured the internet attempting to find a sword that closely resembles the one carried by the pirate. Well, this IS IT! It looks great, is SOLID as they come, AND IS NOT A TOY!!! I had mine sharpened just because I'm hyper-practical and whereas I appreciate a good costume piece, I appreciate more that I have a finely crafted weapon and not just a decoration. Let me tell you, the edge on this is SCARY! When they say that you need to be careful with this thing, they aren't kidding! The shipping was fast, the customer service was friendly, the sword is identical to to movie version I was searching for, the quality of the steel and artwork on both the scabbard and sword is amazing, and I am 100% satisfied. Honestly, rarely do I find something that is both beautiful and deadly and usually, when I do, I ask her to marry me! It's nice to own something with both the combination of beauty and lethality that won't run away from me! I've purchased other swords before, but this company is by far the one I enjoyed dealing with the most. Don't waste your time elsewhere, these folks and their merchandise are the real deal!
