Authenticity and economical qualities were considered when designing the cutting sword Musashi Iaito. This piece features genuine Same (Rayskin) on the Tsuka . with a tightly-woven leather Tsuka-Ito. For security . the ling tang is double-pegged. This sword finds its namesake in the famous swordmasters of Japanese history. This piece also features a "double ring" iron tsuba . demonstrating its legacy of the famous double-ring iron tsubas.
